Biography
Moe Ferrara is a literary agent at the Triada U.S. Literary Agency. Becoming a literary agent was fitting for the girl who, as a small child, begged her dad to buy her a book simply because “it has a hard cover.” Moe Ferrara’s career path zigzagged a bit from a violin performance and music history double major in college to her JD from Pace Law School. Agenting called her name in the spring of 2015 and after spending almost ten years with BookEnds, Moe was thrilled to join Team Triada as a Senior Literary Agent in 2025.A Pennsylvania native, she is the mum of a rambunctious corgi who is a master at stealing treats. When not working, Moe still keeps up with her violin skills and you can often find her in a pit orchestra, playing violin for her favorite musicals. (Careful, don’t ask her to pick her favorite show or you’ll get a 90 minute dissertation on Stephen Sondheim and/or general Broadway trivia.) She speaks fluent sarcasm, song lyrics, and movie quotes Ñ and probably has Ted Lasso playing in the background while she works.

She loves books of all stripes that Òstimulate the mind and satisfy the heart.Ó This runs the gamut from Literary Fiction to Reading Group Fiction through to propulsive Narrative non-fiction.She is drawn to writers who delight and entertain their readers with every single line. That could mean intergenerational dysfunctional family stories, or genre-bending, uncanny fiction that creates new worlds and new ways of telling love stories, or singular literary suspense and thriller thatÕs distinctive, original and usually told through a feminist lens. Or historical fiction thatÕs exquisitely written and has lots to say to the modern reader. She is always looking for smart, narrative non-fiction that catches readers by the throat and illuminates a slice of social history through exceptional, novelistic storytelling. Or books with new and emerging research on human behaviour that explain why we do what we do are of particular interest. She is proud to work with The International Spy Museum and is obsessed with espionage and intelligence generally.Given her unique UK experience, she is privileged to work with select British agencies for the US market, and works with many novelists such as Sophie Mackintosh, Sarah Pinborough, Lucy Clarke, Clare Chambers and Holly Gramazio. She has a degree in English Literature from Trinity College, Dublin, a postgrad from Dublin Institute of Technology and is a hands-on, fierce advocate for her clients and their work.
