Trellis Literary Management is a full-service literary agency formed in the fall of 2021 by agents Michelle Brower, Stephanie Delman, and Allison Hunter.
A trellis is an interwoven structure that supports new growth, allowing it to bloom. After more than a decade enjoying each other’s camaraderie in the publishing industry, they’ve joined forces to create a company with that ethos: an agency that nourishes and enables the growth of both their authors and their colleagues. They’re inherently community-minded, collaborative, and united in our ideas about client care and the future of publishing.
In addition to the three founding partners, their team includes foreign rights director Allison Malecha, agents Mariah Stovall, Danya Kukafka, and Natalie Edwards, assistant Khalid McCalla, as well as a fantastic support staff. They work with exemplary co-agents in the film, foreign, and television spaces, ensuring their clients’ work reaches the widest possible audience.
Their interests range from commercial to literary to genre-bending fiction, from memoir to narrative to pop culture nonfiction, and everything in between.
