Andrea Blatt
Biography
Andrea Blatt is a literary agent with WME Books. Andrea has been at WME since 2016. She represents a wide variety of adult fiction and nonfiction, including book club fiction, upmarket thrillers, romantic comedies, journalism, narrative history, news-you-can-use in health and science, and humor. Lately she’s been loving books in two lanes: ones that tackle the issues at the heart of being human, that make the political personal, that make the reader complicit, that traffic in complicated relationships, or that reframe our way of thinking about the past and present; and also stories that are uplifting and inspiring, with a warm and empathetic eye, with main characters you really root for and wit at the fore. And of course, she always enjoys a fantastic debut novel of any kind.
Andrea’s clients include adventurer and writer Blair Braverman, feminist historian April White, former National Park Service ranger and New York Times bestselling author Andrea Lankford, award-winning journalist Caleb Gayle, New York Times bestselling author and co-host of the podcast Conan O’Brien Needs A Friend Sona Movsesian, Last Week Tonight writer Taylor Kay Phillips, and debut novelists Cecilia Rabess, İnci Atrek, Sash Bischoff, and Evan Porter.
