Based in New York, department head Marc Gerald (Senior Vice President – Innovation) came to The Agency Group having spent a number of years writing and producing for Fox Television. Gerald’s roster includes some of the most innovative and provocative voices of our time, ranging from Eminem and Brian Wilson to best-selling vegan chef Isa Moskowitz, actor Sasha Grey and graphic novelist, Jeffrey Brown. Juliet Mushens, who runs the London office, is something of a rising star often being asked to comment on her field in the media and was previously picked as a Bookseller Rising Star in 2012 and shortlisted for the Kim Scott Walwyn Prize in 2013. Juliet began her publishing career in 2008 at HarperCollins, after reading history at Cambridge, and became an Agent in 2011. Juliet represents a bestselling list of fiction and non-fiction writers and has had notable, recent success with hugely popular authors Jessie Burton and James Oswald.
